How we assess condition.
No-one wants to get screwed on conditioning.
We protect you by setting our LP prices to 90% of NM for most nonfoil cards and taking photos of high-end cards that have been downgraded. This photo demonstrates Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played and Heavily Played.
Our conditioning standards define acceptable wear at each level. Even with clear guidelines there is room for reasonable people to disagree, so we offer free returns of cards over $1.
How to pack your cards.
Shipping cards safely comes down to two rules: eliminate internal movement by packing tightly and fully insure your shipment.
Any sort of movement or rubbing can cause wear during transit. When you shake the box, you should not hear anything shift. To avoid delays or confusion, include your Submission ID on the shipping label (e.g., ATTN: 3C5-6D20).
